Submission guidelines for oral communication

Abstracts submitted for oral communication must include 350 to 500 words as well as the key words and the title of the communication, all in Times New Roman (12 character and 1.5 line spacing). This attached file will have the first and last name of the authors (example: Parlebaspierre.doc).

Authors are invited to add a summary bibliography as well as their biography.

Oral communications are set at 30 minutes to which will be added 10 minutes of exchanges with listeners.

Submission instructions for a displayed communication (poster)

The abstract submitted for a displayed communication will respect the same rules as those for an oral communication. However, you will specify on the proposal form your wish to present a poster. A session will be dedicated to these presentations during the conference. The posters will be in A0 portrait format (841 x 1189 mm).
